The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, iServices and Newbury. The Company is domiciled in Guernsey, while iServices and Newbury are domiciled in Mauritius and Cyprus respectively.   

Other Participating Interest holders in the PSC are Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., India and Focus Energy Ltd., India. Focus is the Operator of the Block.
