Indus Gas Limited has been incorporated as a limited company in Guernsey in 2008.
Indus operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries, iServices Investment Limited of Mauritius and Newbury Oil Co. Ltd. of Cyprus, which own a participating interest in a petroleum exploration and development concession in India known as Block RJ-ON/6.
Currently the operations of the Group are limited to India.
In addition to the exploration and development in the Block, the Group intends to evaluate other opportunities in India and elsewhere in the oil and gas sector.
The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. |
